I Believe the World Needs More Rest. Time to slow down is highly underrated.
In a world that’s always moving, we often forget to pause, listen to our bodies and reconnect with ourselves. Rest isn’t just about taking a break — it’s about intentionally creating space for ourselves.
Yoga and meditation have always been my ways of finding that connection. Through my certifications in Yoga Nidra or NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) and Yin Yoga, I rediscovered the power of slowing down. These 'non-doing' techniques have not only helped me find rest and more clarity, but have also transformed the way I move through life—with more ease, presence and a sense of wellbeing.
In my workshops, I share these transformative practices together with ancient knowledge and modern science, to help you understand and experience the power of rest.
